🎯 Key Responsibilities

• • • Manage and execute onboarding activities for new joiners.
    • Prepare and update onboarding schedules in alignment with organizational needs.
    • Collect and verify employee documents for accuracy and compliance.
    • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to organize induction programs.
    • Communicate joining formalities and distribute onboarding kits.
    • Assist employees with office tours, contracts, and IT setup.
    • Educate employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for HR operations.
