💼 Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers to source niche profiles.
- Organize interviews and post job openings on multiple platforms.
- Conduct employee verifications and reference checks.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Handle HR operations, including onboarding, preparing HR letters, and maintaining records.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to ISO 9001-2015 certified processes.
- Maintain records in Tally, ERP, Excel, and manual registers.
- Develop, implement, and document HR policies and operational procedures.
📋 Requirements
Experience:

- 3-6 years in HR, Admin, and Operations.
Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP, Excel, and other HR tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 norms and compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
