🎯 Role Overview

Position: Sr Manager/DGM/AGM – Human Resources
Department: Human Resources
Location: Peenya, Madanapalle (AP)

💼 Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth flow of talent into the organization.
    • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining talent.
    • Monitor and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry best practices.
    • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across HR practices.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

    • 12–18 years of work experience in human resources within manufacturing industries, especially apparel.
    • Proven leadership experience in HR roles with a focus on strategic HR management.

Key Skills:

    • Expertise in HR systems and databases.
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship management skills at all levels.
    • People-oriented, results-driven, and solutions-focused.
    • Fluent in Kannada, Telugu, and English (preferred).
