🎯 Role Overview

Position: HR Generalist
Location: Bidadi, Ramanagara
Qualification: MSW/MBA
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: Company standard
Preferred: Male candidates

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the company’s HR policies align with organizational goals and labor laws while fostering a positive work environment for all employees.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and other HR administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement and development activities.
  • Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Address employee queries and resolve conflicts as necessary.

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
