🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring for multiple HR positions at our Yelahanka, Hubli, and Hindupur locations. Immediate openings are available for five positions, with competitive salaries and excellent growth opportunities.

Open Positions

1. HR Recruiter

• Source and attract candidates across various platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

2. HR Executive

• Assist the HR Manager in various HR activities and projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, training programs, and performance management systems.
• Support the overall HR strategy and contribute to organizational growth.

3. HR Officer

• Maintain HR documentation, including employee records and reports.
• Assist in onboarding, recruitment, and daily HR operations.
• Support employees in resolving queries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.

4. HR Payroll and Compliance Manager

• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports and lead audits for adherence to compliance standards.

📋 Requirements for All Positions

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 0–6 years in HR or related domains.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with multilingual abilities preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
