Position: HR Specialist
Department: Human Resources

We are seeking an energetic and motivated HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at 6D Technologies. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in HR looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative organization.

💼 Key Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees and management, resolve workplace issues, and support employees in navigating HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Assist in managing employee performance, including conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting managers in setting goals.
  • Training & Development: Help coordinate and organize training programs for employee development and growth, ensuring that employees have access to the resources they need to succeed.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance with local labor laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating clear communication and addressing employee concerns promptly.
  • HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar HR role.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, employee relations, or performance management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools, and knowledge of HR best practices is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.
