Position: HR Generalist
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–4 years
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with a strong grasp of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and engagement.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and conduct necessary investigations.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes and facilitate goal-setting discussions.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
