🎯 Role Overview
Position: HR Business Partner
Department: Human Resources
Location: 27A, 2nd Phase, Industrial Area, Shivapura, Peenya, Bengaluru – 560058
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely staffing.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly.
- Oversee attendance and leave management to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide support for payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and manage documentation for audits.
- Foster strong employee relations through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Develop and coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain HR metrics for leadership review.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 5-6 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in recruitment and onboarding.
- Proficiency in HR database systems and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Strong skills in employee relations and engagement.
- Ability to manage payroll and performance systems.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
