🎯 Role Overview
Position: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Experience: 5+ years in HR operations or equivalent roles
This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR operations, manage a large workforce, and drive compliance and payroll processes for a wide range of clients.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and processes for 1000+ employees across multiple clients.
- Maintain accurate employee data, reports, and personnel files.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handle Compensation & Benefits and payroll processing for employees across PAN India.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and handle audits, notices, and return filings.
- Verify investment declarations, proof-check TDS computations, and manage claims, reimbursements, and arrears.
- Maintain HRIS, MIS, headcount, gratuity, attendance, and leave records.
- Liaise with government bodies for inspections and resolve compliance-related issues.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes, including offer letters, document collection, and policy briefings.
📋 Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in HR operations or equivalent roles.
- Skills & Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS, MIS, and maintaining employee data.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with employees and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in the local language is an added advantage.
