🎯 Role Overview

Position: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Experience: 5+ years in HR operations or equivalent roles

This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR operations, manage a large workforce, and drive compliance and payroll processes for a wide range of clients.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations and processes for 1000+ employees across multiple clients.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, reports, and personnel files.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Handle Compensation & Benefits and payroll processing for employees across PAN India.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and handle audits, notices, and return filings.
  • Verify investment declarations, proof-check TDS computations, and manage claims, reimbursements, and arrears.
  • Maintain HRIS, MIS, headcount, gratuity, attendance, and leave records.
  • Liaise with government bodies for inspections and resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Oversee employee onboarding processes, including offer letters, document collection, and policy briefings.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR operations or equivalent roles.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
    • Strong proficiency in HRIS, MIS, and maintaining employee data.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with employees and teams effectively.
    • Proficiency in the local language is an added advantage.
