🎯 Role Overview
Position: Program Manager
Department: Program Strategy & Impact
Location: Bengaluru
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design and align programs with organizational goals and frameworks like ESG, COP, and SDGs.
- Plan and manage program budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
- Develop standard playbooks for scaling and replicating programs.
- Prepare documentation for various stakeholders including donors, government bodies, and internal teams.
- Participate in external events as a brand ambassador of United Way Bengaluru.
- Collaborate with institutions and third-party agencies for program certifications and evaluations.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 10-12 years of work experience in program management, with a focus on strategic alignment.
- Experience in social impact, CSR, or development sectors, particularly with ESG, COP, SDG frameworks.
- Previous work in designing and implementing programs at scale is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in program design, planning, and budgeting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of partners, including institutions, corporations, and donors.
- Expertise in risk management and compliance with reporting standards like BRSR and SROI.
- Knowledge of MSW, MA in Development, or similar qualifications.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20-24 Lacs per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
