🎯 Role Overview
Position: Senior Executive/Team Lead – Payroll
Department: Human Resources & Payroll Management
Location: Roopena Agrahara, near Silk Board, Bangalore
Experience: 2+ years in payroll operations
Qualification: Any Graduation
Salary: Up to â‚ą40,000 per month
As a Senior Executive/Team Lead in Payroll, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing for our clients. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about precision, compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various client organizations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
- Handle payroll reconciliations, validations, and error resolution before final disbursement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather payroll inputs and address queries.
- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data and ensure confidentiality.
- Identify process improvements and suggest automation to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Generate payroll reports and analyze trends for management and client presentations.
- Supervise and guide junior team members (for Team Lead role).

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software/tools is preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll data analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle employee and client queries.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
