🎯 Role Overview
Position: HR Management Trainee
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: Fresh MBA HR graduates (completed degree)
Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh HR graduates to gain hands-on experience and contribute to Fime’s global HR initiatives. As an HR Management Trainee, you will assist in various HR functions, gaining exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR projects.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As an HR Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Assisting in HR policy implementation and compliance.
- Supporting performance management processes and data analysis.
- Collaborating on HR projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture and productivity.
- Managing and maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
📋 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA in HR (recent graduates only).
- Location: Preference for candidates based in Bangalore.
- Experience: Freshers with a strong academic background in HR management.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
