Position: Production Officer
Department: Production & Operations
Location: Bidadi Industrial Area
The Production Officer is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing manpower, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in achieving our production targets while upholding the company’s commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Workplace Safety: Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all employees and compliance with statutory safety regulations.
- Environmental Protection: Develop and monitor production practices to protect environmental zones and adhere to environmental standards.
- Manpower Management: Allocate and supervise manpower resources efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Production Oversight: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring quality and efficiency in line with company standards.
- Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO certifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in production workflows and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Safety Training: Organize and lead safety training sessions for team members to foster a safety-first culture in the workplace.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial production, preferably in MNCs or large manufacturing setups.
- Proven expertise in production management, safety protocols, and team supervision.
Key Skills:
- In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Strong proficiency in manpower allocation and team leadership.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and environmental compliance regulations.

Education:
