Roles and Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist at Madhupushpa Technologies Pvt Ltd, your key responsibilities will include the following:
1. Sourcing and Hiring Top Talent
- Actively recruit for various positions, both technical and non-technical, across different levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each role and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
- Conduct screening calls, initial interviews, and assist in managing interview schedules.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
2. Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Engage with candidates and clients via inbound and outbound calls to identify potential opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use negotiation skills to ensure that offers align with both candidates’ expectations and the company’s needs.
3. Developing Employee Training Programs
- Collaborate with team leaders to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new hires.
- Help identify the training needs of employees and recommend tailored programs to improve skill sets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
4. Managing Employee Data and Records
- Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Ensure all HR documents, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and benefits paperwork, are accurately maintained.
- Oversee the employee data management system and ensure all changes are reflected promptly.
5. Building Relationships with Clients
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective HR solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with recruitment processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for staffing solutions with existing and new clients.
6. Identifying and Pursuing New Sales Opportunities
- Actively pursue new opportunities to expand client relationships and offer additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential markets and approach prospective clients with tailored HR solutions.
7. Meeting Client Expectations and KPIs
- Continuously work towards exceeding client expectations, ensuring satisfaction with the recruitment process and other HR services provided.
- Meet or exceed predefined performance goals and KPIs, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate retention rates.
8. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs and organizational priorities.
- Be resourceful and proactive in handling various HR challenges.
Job Specification and Requirements
To be considered for the role of HR Generalist at Madhupushpa Technologies Pvt Ltd, you should meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Certification in HR or related areas (such as SHRM, HRCI, or CHRP) will be a plus.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee management, and training.
