🎯 Role Overview

Position: Store Manager / Retail Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 2 to 5.5 years
Annual CTC: INR 3.5 LPA – 5.5 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager with a strong background in retail management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience, managing staff, and driving sales. You will play a key role in store operations and contribute to the overall success of the business by meeting sales targets, improving store efficiency, and delivering top-notch customer service.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning of processes, inventory control, and maintenance of store cleanliness and visual appeal.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure a high level of performance.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and their needs are met promptly. Address any customer complaints or concerns efficiently.
• Sales and Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals by driving retail sales initiatives and motivating staff to achieve individual targets.
• Staff Training and Development: Ensure that all store staff are adequately trained on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenish products, and ensure timely stock rotation to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budgets effectively, including controlling expenses, and generate regular sales and operational reports for senior management.
• Store Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store layout, visual displays, and product arrangement are in line with brand standards.

📋 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, with experience in store operations, sales, and team leadership.
• Skills:
  • Strong store management and customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team toward meeting sales goals
• Education: Graduation or Diploma in any discipline.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred, and experience in a retail background is highly desirable.
