🎯 Role Overview

Position: Jr. HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Vasantanarasapura Industrial Area, Tumkur

As a Jr. HR Executive at Sicoma Mixers India, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with company policies. The role requires a strong knowledge of HR processes, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Ensure the company hires the best talent to fit the organizational needs.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including the management of ESIC, EPFO, and PT. Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and maintain payroll records.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive and harmonious work environment. Handle employee grievances, provide solutions, and foster healthy communication.
  • Training and Development: Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills. Promote continuous learning to improve productivity and professional growth.
  • Admin Activities: Perform administrative tasks, such as managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating various HR activities.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Enforce the company’s disciplinary procedures and work to resolve issues effectively and fairly.
  • 5S Implementation: Promote and maintain 5S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure cleanliness and organization within the workplace.
  • Union Activity Management: Support management in handling union activities and ensure smooth interactions between employees and union representatives.
  • POSH Committee: Ensure compliance with the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy and manage related activities.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR files, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Male Candidate Requirement: The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to extend working hours when required to meet project deadlines or operational demands.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on generalist activities like recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Prior experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union activities is highly desirable.
  • Must be familiar with HR compliance, including POSH and labor laws.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and training.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and government regulations such as EPFO, ESIC, and PT.
  • Familiarity with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies and practices.
  • Ability to handle union activities, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
