🎯 Role Overview

Position: Sales Promoter
Location: Mysore
Timings: Rotational shifts
Gender: Male only
Qualification: PUC or equivalent
Age Requirement: Below 28 years
Salary Package: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 net per month + PF & ESI + incentives up to ₹5,000
Additional Requirement: Bike mandatory

As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of GO DESi in retail outlets and other customer interaction points. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the brand, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer engagement.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Promotion: Represent GO DESi at retail stores and events, creating brand awareness and promoting products to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to explain product features, benefits, and the brand’s story, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
  • Sales Execution: Actively sell GO DESi products to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Product Display: Ensure that GO DESi products are properly displayed at all outlets to attract maximum customer attention.
  • Stock Management: Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure availability at all times.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: PUC or equivalent education is mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Persuasive selling skills with a customer-first attitude.
    • Basic knowledge of local markets and consumer behavior.
  • Other Requirements:
    • A personal bike is mandatory for travel to retail outlets and sales locations.
    • Willingness to work rotational shifts as per business requirements.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take initiative.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 net per month.
