🎯 Role Overview
- Position: Industrial Engineer
- Location: Hattaragi, Belgaum, Karnataka
- Eligibility: Candidates with B-Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with relevant experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years

💼 Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineer at UFI Filters India Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities include:
- Machine Selection: Evaluating and selecting machines for new and existing products.
- Layout Designing: Creating and implementing efficient layouts for production lines.
- Pneumatic Circuit Knowledge: Utilizing your expertise in pneumatic systems to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Supplier Communication: Providing input to suppliers regarding PLC logic and other technical requirements.
- PFMEA Development: Developing and maintaining Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for continuous improvement.
- Assembly Line Commissioning: Overseeing the commissioning of new assembly lines and ensuring optimal performance.
- Poka-Yoke Implementation: Integrating mistake-proofing mechanisms to enhance production quality.
- Line Readiness for PPAP: Ensuring production line readiness for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Line Balancing: Optimizing workflows to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Capacity Planning: Planning production capacity to meet current and future demands.
- Cycle Time Study: Analyzing and reducing cycle times to enhance efficiency.
- Jigs/Fixtures RFQ: Preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for machine jigs and fixtures.
- Process Flow Development: Developing and optimizing process flows to meet operational goals.
This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
