As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring smooth operations in accounting, and providing timely financial reports. You will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 03 to 04 years of experience in accounting who is looking to further their career in a growing healthcare services company.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices and receipts.
- Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate records of daily transactions, including purchases, sales, and payments.
- Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting to support business planning.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure that all tax-related matters are handled correctly, including the filing of returns and payments.
- Financial Audits: Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and maintain an up-to-date balance of all bank accounts.
- Support Financial Decision Making: Provide necessary financial insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 03 to 04 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and other financial transactions.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with hands-on experience using accounting software.
- Basic understanding of tax laws, compliance, and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
