Available Positions & Key Requirements
1. Quality Control (Microbiology)
Designation: Officer/Trainee/Executive
Qualification: MSc in Microbiology/Biotechnology
Experience: 1-2 years
Key Skills: Media preparation, autoclave operations, Gram staining, antimicrobial tests 🧪
The Quality Control (Microbiology) team ensures that all microbiological testing is done efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards. The team handles tasks like media preparation, autoclaving, and conducting antimicrobial tests to maintain product quality.
2. Quality Control (Biochemical)
Designation: Executive
Qualification: MSc in Biotechnology/Life Sciences
Experience: 2-4 years
Key Skills: HPLC analysis, Elisa technique, stability study 🔬
The Quality Control (Biochemical) team is responsible for performing HPLC analysis, Elisa testing, and stability studies to ensure the quality of biopharmaceutical products. This role requires strong biochemical knowledge and technical proficiency in laboratory testing.
3. Quality Control (RM PM)
Designation: Officer/Executive
Qualification: MSc in Biotechnology/Life Sciences
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Skills: Sampling, testing, GLP practices, QC instrument handling 🧬
This role focuses on raw material testing, quality control practices, and instrument handling. The candidate will work with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure the highest standards in the production process.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Designation: Executive/Sr Executive
Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s in Pharma
Experience: 3 years
Key Skills: IPOA activity for drug substance/product, experience with biologicals 🧑🔬
The Quality Assurance (QA) team ensures that all products meet the required standards before they reach the market. The role includes IPOA activities related to drug substances and products, with an emphasis on biological products.
5. Production (Fill-Finish)
Designation: Sr. Officer
Qualification: Diploma/ITI
Experience: 5-7 years
Key Skills: Aseptic vial filling, CIP, SIP, autoclave operations, troubleshooting ⚙️
The Fill-Finish production team is responsible for filling vials in an aseptic environment and ensuring proper functioning of CIP/SIP systems. The candidate should be experienced in autoclaving and troubleshooting during production processes.
