Role Overview: HR Executive

Licious is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive for their food processing unit located in Hoskote, Bangalore. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization within the food processing industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing or food processing industry.

As an HR Executive at Licious, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, training and development, and more. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations within the company’s production facility, while also maintaining a positive work environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that the production unit is staffed with highly qualified personnel. This includes posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
• Employee Relations: Maintain effective communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Training & Development: Organize training sessions to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Handle payroll processes, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. Administer employee benefits and compensation.
• Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain records of employee attendance, contracts, and other important documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Initiate programs to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
• Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance review systems and track employee performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: MSW / MBA in Human Resources (Completed).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in food processing, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of HR Practices: Familiarity with labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address employee issues and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the work environment.
