🎯 Role Overview
- Position: Accountant

- Location: Harohalli Industrial Area, Bengaluru
- Experience Required: 4 to 6 years
- Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

💼 Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant at Promac, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with taxation laws such as GST and TDS, including filing returns.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Supporting audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Implementing and adhering to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Using accounting software and tools for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
📋 Requirements
Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing financial processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Expertise in taxation laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally or ERP systems.
