We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our client’s finance team, based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounting, specifically in areas like GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. 💼 Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Executive, you will be an integral part of the finance team. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of accounting tasks designed to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
• Verify and check bills and expense reports to ensure they align with company policies and budgets
• Perform follow-ups on outstanding bills and ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors
• Prepare vouchers for financial transactions and maintain a systematic record of all documents
• Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring that account balances match the company’s financial records
• Ensure timely preparation of GST and TDS returns, contributing to the overall tax compliance efforts
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing tasks, supporting the senior finance team
• Use MS Office tools such as Excel to generate financial reports and maintain records for internal and external use

📋 Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in an accounting or finance role
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in GST and TDS processing
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
• Experience with financial reporting and closing activities

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• In-depth experience in bookkeeping practices and bank reconciliation
• Proficient in using MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high accuracy levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

💰 Compensation & Benefits
