The AGM โ€“ Accounts and Finance will:

  1. Oversee the companyโ€™s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  3. Manage compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
  4. Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  5. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial efficiency.
  6. Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
