🎯 Role Overview

Position: Compliance Executive
Department: Compliance Management
Location: Bagmane Tech Park, Bangalore

As a Compliance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ adherence to regulatory requirements. You will liaise with government bodies, assist in audits, and provide guidance on compliance matters. 💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, environmental policies, and industrial regulations for assigned clients.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits, prepare compliance reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Liaison with Authorities: Act as the point of contact between clients and government bodies, resolving compliance-related issues.
  • Track Compliance Schedules: Maintain and monitor schedules to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.

  • Inspection Support: Assist clients during inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or related fields.
