🎯 Role Overview
Position: Assistant Manager- HR & Admin
Department: HR & Admin
Location: Bangalore (Rajajinagar)
In this role, the Assistant Manager- HR & Admin will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HR processes and handling administrative operations. The role requires someone with a combination of HR expertise and legal knowledge, making it a perfect fit for professionals with an HR & Legal background. As a key part of the team, you will be pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive work environment for employees at all levels.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management: Oversee and streamline the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. Ensure that the HR systems are efficient and up to date.
- Legal Compliance: Assist in the management of legal compliance matters, particularly in labor laws, employee agreements, and contracts. Review and draft employment-related documents, including contracts and offer letters.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees to address HR-related concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Admin Support: Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations such as office supplies, facility management, and travel arrangements.
- HR Policy Implementation: Implement and uphold HR policies that align with the company’s values and legal obligations. Monitor compliance with these policies across all levels of the organization.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle minor disputes and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and the management.
- Employee Welfare: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and enhance workplace productivity.

Experience:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in HR and administration, with a focus on legal compliance in an HR context.
- Prior experience in the Telematics industry or working with manufacturing companies will be an added advantage.

- HR Processes Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Legal Acumen: Knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and employee agreements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with employees and management.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
- MS Office & HR Software: Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software for managing records and payroll.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
