Position: Assistant Manager HR (Sales HRBP Role)

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager
As an Assistant Manager HR for the Sales HRBP role, you will be instrumental in driving HR strategies that enhance the productivity and engagement of the sales team. This role requires close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives, support business objectives, and foster a high-performance culture.
๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- Boost Productivity: Enhance sales team productivity by implementing tailored HR strategies, performance metrics, and development programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders to align HR activities with business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives to motivate and retain top talent, ensuring high morale and satisfaction within the sales team.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including performance appraisals, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Data Analytics: Leverage HR analytics to monitor productivity metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and foster a collaborative environment.
- Regional HR Activities: Execute HR initiatives that align with regional business needs while considering cultural and language preferences.
- HR Reporting: Regularly report on HR metrics, employee performance, and productivity enhancements to senior management.
๐ Requirements
Experience:
- 3โ5 years in an HRBP role or similar capacity, preferably within a sales-oriented organization.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations and drive employee productivity.
- Experience in stakeholder management and regional HR practices is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in regional languages (Telugu/Kannada preferred).
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and productivity data.
- Expertise in employee engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of performance management and compliance frameworks.
