🎯 Role Overview

Position: Site Engineer
Department: Engineering
Location: Mysore
Reporting To: Project Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations at construction sites.
• Ensure that construction projects are executed as per plans, timelines, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Keep detailed records of site activities, progress, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

• Freshers or 0-2 years of relevant experience in site engineering.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction practices and site management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in construction.

Qualification:

• BE Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering
