Your Role as an Engineering Expert
We are hiring for multiple positions in plant maintenance and documentation, where your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. Here’s what you will be doing:
- Troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, cold rooms, and cleanroom equipment.
- Conducting preventive maintenance for equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Addressing breakdowns of critical machinery used in pharma manufacturing.
- Creating and maintaining detailed operational protocols and SOPs in compliance with GDP ALCOA+ standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support equipment validation and process improvement.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in engineering and hands-on experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Experience Required:
- For Documentation Specialist: 0–4 years.
- For Plant Maintenance (Electrical/Mechanical): 2–4 years.
