Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Jakkur, Bangalore

The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion of RxDx Healthcare across Bengaluru. πΌ Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive at RxDx Healthcare, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors in the healthcare industry in Bangalore.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, sports federations, and social organizations to expand partnerships and increase service uptake.
- Brand Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies, promoting RxDx Healthcare‘s services to the wider public, and ensuring consistent brand visibility in Bengaluru.
- Networking: Represent RxDx Healthcare at local events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and build new business relationships within the healthcare industry.
- Sales Support: Assist in generating leads and converting prospects into clients by promoting RxDx Healthcare‘s wide range of healthcare services, including teleconsultations, diagnostic tests, and vaccination services.
- Collaboration with Operational Teams: Work closely with the operational and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of business development initiatives.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Service Expansion: Identify and target new geographic areas, such as North Bangalore, where new clinics can be set up and where services can be expanded.

Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or marketing in the healthcare sector or related fields
