🎯 Role Overview
- Position: CNC/VMC/Milling Operator
- Location: Tumkur, Karnataka
- Experience Required: ITI/Diploma candidates with relevant experience
- Salary Package: ₹18,000 + ESI + PF + Gratuity + Bonus + Canteen Facility

💼 Key Responsibilities
As a CNC/VMC/Milling Operator, you will:
- Operate CNC, VMC, or Milling machines to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure machining accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machining processes to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address technical issues and optimize production.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in the workshop.
- Maintain accurate records of daily production and machine performance.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC/Milling operations.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of machine programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methods.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to production needs.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
