The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for managing community engagement activities, building strong relationships with local groups, and raising awareness about the services offered by HCG Suchirayu. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging local residents, community leaders, and institutions to foster relationships and generate new opportunities for the hospital’s growth.
💼 Key Responsibilities
The Community Mobilizer at HCG Suchirayu will have the following key responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Plan and organize various community engagement activities to raise awareness about the hospital’s services, health issues, and wellness initiatives. Work closely with community representatives and stakeholders to execute these initiatives effectively.
- Event Management: Lead and organize community events such as health seminars, screenings, awareness campaigns, and workshops. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of these events.
- Social Media Content: Collaborate with the Digital Media Executive to create and update content on social media platforms to raise brand awareness and promote the hospital’s healthcare services to a wider audience.
- Relationship Building: Identify potential community partners and build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and educational institutions. Leverage alumni relations to promote the hospital’s services in other institutions and communities.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility by organizing events, holding health-related discussions, and promoting the hospital’s presence within the vicinity of Hubli. Act as a liaison between the hospital and the community to maintain strong communication.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating new leads and business opportunities for the hospital by expanding relationships with community members and local businesses.
- Collaborations: Work with local organizations, community leaders, and influencers to collaborate on healthcare initiatives, ensuring widespread awareness and access to healthcare services in the community.
- Coordination: Coordinate with external partners, volunteers, and internal resources to execute programs, campaigns, and events seamlessly.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in community engagement, event management, or marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry or with non-profit organizations.
- Proven experience in relationship building and community outreach.
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW), Master’s in Social Work (MSW), or MBA (preferably with a focus on Marketing, Healthcare, or Community Engagement).
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of people, including community members, institutions, and local organizations.
