As an Executive HR, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. From handling employee engagement to maintaining compliance, this role requires a dynamic professional who can juggle multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, grievance management, and more.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring timely execution of processes.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Administer payroll and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly to maintain workplace harmony.
• Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR department in creating monthly HR reports and analytics.

📋 Requirements

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Preferred experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.

Key Skills:

• In-depth understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
