This role involves handling key financial and accounting processes such as TDS, GST, statutory compliance, and balance sheet management.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As an Executive/Senior Executive – Accounts, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing general accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing and filing TDS returns and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.
- Utilizing Tally and ERP systems to manage financial transactions.
- Handling bank transactions, including reconciliations and fund transfers.
- Ensuring timely compliance with GST regulations and filing GST returns.
- Overseeing statutory compliance and coordinating with auditors for audits.
- Preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Supporting financial planning and budget management initiatives.
📋 Requirements
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial processes.
- Proven expertise in Tally, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in handling TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Familiarity with banking operations and reconciliations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
