🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled ITI Interns (preferably in Fitting) to join our dynamic team at STEER World’s Peenya, Bangalore facility. This internship offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced materials processing and engineering technologies.
As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, work with state-of-the-art equipment, and contribute to STEER’s industry-leading solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support the assembly and maintenance of advanced twin-screw extruder elements.
- Assist in the operation and troubleshooting of machinery used in materials transformation processes.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure that all components meet quality standards.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings and implement assembly procedures.
- Follow strict safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide assistance during product testing and trials.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks, findings, and improvements.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- Freshers with an ITI qualification, preferably in Fitting, are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
