🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team at our Jigani facility. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience who are passionate about contributing to cutting-edge manufacturing operations.
As part of the maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth mechanical operations, minimizing downtime, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and servicing of all mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical systems to reduce equipment downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Maintain and update records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Identify areas of improvement for the efficiency and reliability of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering.
📋 Requirements
Experience
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in a mechanical engineering role.
- Freshers with a diploma (DME) or a Bachelor’s degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering are welcome to apply.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and quality control processes.
