Key Responsibilities 💼
As a Business Development Executive / Sales / Marketing Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with AutoCAD, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and generate business opportunities in various industries for Vayu Engineering’s solutions, leveraging your Mechanical Engineering and AutoCAD skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Vayu Engineering’s products and solutions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market requirements, particularly for AutoCAD solutions and mechanical engineering services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, technical departments, and project management) to align business development efforts with Vayu Engineering’s capabilities.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales and revenue targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals.
- Product Knowledge & Training: Continuously enhance your technical knowledge regarding AutoCAD and mechanical engineering solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain reports and updates on business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
Key Requirements 📋
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B-Tech).
- Preferred: MBA with specialization in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
Experience:
- Freshers to 2 years of experience: Experience with AutoCAD and some exposure to sales or business development in engineering services.
- Up to 5 years of experience: Preferred for candidates with prior experience in B2B sales, technical marketing, and business development within the engineering sector.
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical engineering design principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM software.
