Position: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore
As an HR Manager, you will lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and create strategies for employee engagement that align with business objectives. - Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Expertise in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.
- A detail-oriented and strategic mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
