Position 2: Recruiting Specialist – Supporting Background Checks

Location: Bengaluru
Contract Type: Temporary roles (extendable based on performance)
- HR Operations Specialist: 6-month contract
- Recruiting Specialist: 9-month contract

💼 Key Responsibilities
For HR Operations Specialist:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
- Utilize tools like Workday, ServiceNow, and DocuSign to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Act as a liaison for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance HR strategies and improve workflows.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
For Recruiting Specialist – Supporting Background Checks:
- Oversee the background verification process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate checks.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors like HireRight or FADV to verify candidate documents, employment history, and other credentials.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all background checks and related reports.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to streamline the onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot issues related to background verification and escalate as needed.
- Assist in improving and standardizing the background check process across the organization.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- HR Operations Specialist: Minimum of 4+ years in HR operations with proven expertise in Workday, ServiceNow, and DocuSign.
- Recruiting Specialist: 3-5 years in recruitment, with 1-2 years of specific experience in background verification using tools like HireRight or FADV.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced HR tools and technology.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
