Position: HR Executive
Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1 Year
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Training Coordination: Help organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- HR Policy Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with the HR team to improve HR processes and systems.
- Performance Management Support: Assist in performance management documentation and processes.
π Requirements
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
Key Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Confidentiality: Discretion in handling confidential employee information.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
