🎯 Role Overview

Position: HR Executive (Female Only)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Hebbal Industrial Area, Mysore

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations including Provident Fund, ESI, and other labor laws.
  • Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Support HR policies and help resolve any employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • HR Documentation: Manage and update HR documents such as contracts, performance appraisals, and leave records.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports for management on employee data, attendance, and payroll.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or facility management environment.
  • Experience in payroll management and statutory compliance is essential.
