As an HR Executive at Eletus, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance activities. 💼 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and employee induction.
Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and manage employee contracts, offer letters, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws by keeping all employee documents organized and up-to-date.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist in collecting attendance data and liaise with the payroll team for salary disbursements.
- Support benefits administration, including insurance and leave benefits.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies in coordination with the payroll team.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and general HR-related matters.
- Support in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Administration
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee surveys and performance appraisals to gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training and development programs to meet organizational learning needs.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal and organizational requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management and leadership teams.
📋 Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in an HR support or administration role.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and company policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
