🎯 Role Overview
Sturlite Electric is currently hiring for two key HR positions to support the company’s expansion and growth:
- HR Executive – Compliance (Preferred Male Candidate)
- HR Executive – Recruitment (Preferred Female Candidate)

Key Responsibilities
HR Executive – Compliance
- Timely and accurate filing of monthly statutory returns in compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with half-yearly and annual statutory returns for the company.
- Implement and monitor adherence to labor law rules and regulations and contribute to regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Manage Contract Labour Statutory Returns, ensuring the company is in compliance with all legal requirements.
HR Executive – Recruitment
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews.
- Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition.
- Conduct thorough background verification (BGV) of candidates before final selection.
📋 Requirements
Qualification
- MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA in HR.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR roles, specializing in either statutory compliance or recruitment.
Languages
- Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory to effectively communicate with local and regional teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Male candidates are preferred for the Compliance Executive role.
- Female candidates are preferred for the Recruitment Executive role.
