🎯 Role Overview

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years in recruitment and HR operations
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Industry: Startup Company
Working Days: 6 days (Work From Office)
CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

As an HR Executive at VOICE, you will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment and operational activities, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to the growth of our team.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related concerns.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support administrative tasks and other HR operations as required.

📋 Requirements

• Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with hiring strategies and HR software/tools is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
