🎯 Role Overview
Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years in recruitment and HR operations
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Industry: Startup Company
Working Days: 6 days (Work From Office)
CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
As an HR Executive at VOICE, you will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment and operational activities, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to the growth of our team.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related concerns.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support administrative tasks and other HR operations as required.
📋 Requirements
- Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with hiring strategies and HR software/tools is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
