• Education: MSW / MBA
• Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience
• Preference: Immediate joiners

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, including payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee training programs to enhance skills and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Address employee concerns and provide timely solutions to maintain workplace harmony.
• Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating reviews and maintaining reports.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet workforce requirements.
