π― Role Overview
Position: HR Generalist
Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW)
Experience: 2+ years in HR Generalist roles
Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore
As an HR Generalist at Eleganz Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. From managing employee relations and onboarding to training and performance management, you will contribute significantly to fostering a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture.

πΌ Key Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive first impression.
- HR Policies: Assist in drafting, implementing, and effectively communicating HR policies to employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances to maintain a healthy workplace culture.
- Payroll & Compliance: Support payroll processing and ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Training & Development: Organize and oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill recruitment needs promptly.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Performance Management: Assist in conducting performance appraisals and facilitating constructive feedback discussions.
Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail will be critical to the success of this role.

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Education:
- A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is mandatory.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in corporate or professional environments.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
