🎯 Role Overview
Position: HR Head
Function/Department: Human Resources
Location: Bangalore
Education: MBA / MSW
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Industry: Manufacturing
Working Day: 5.5 days (Saturday half working)
Shifts: Day Shift
Working Mode: WFO (Work From Office)
As the HR Head, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team to shape and execute strategies for all aspects of human resources. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and implementation of policies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. You will also oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while maintaining a positive and productive organizational culture.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
- Implement performance evaluation systems, staffing plans, and training & development strategies to enhance employee productivity.
- Supervise HR team members, providing expert guidance and fostering continuous professional development within the department.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including negotiations with labor unions and addressing employee concerns.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain effective HR operations, overseeing daily functions to ensure seamless coordination and performance of HR activities.
- Monitor internal policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and taking corrective actions as required.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, implementing disciplinary measures when necessary to uphold company standards.
📋 Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in HR strategy development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of legal compliance in the HR domain, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
