💼 Key Responsibilities
As part of the HR team at IREP Credit Capital, you will:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs in Kurnool, Hyderabad, Tumkur, and Bangalore.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for NBFC/Banking roles.
- Travel to various locations within your region to conduct recruitment drives and HR operations.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to improve productivity.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle HR operations, including payroll management, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Assist in organizing training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor and support the implementation of company policies and HR best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to ensure workforce alignment with organizational objectives.
📋 Requirements
Education:
- MBA in Human Resources
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in HR roles, preferably in the NBFC/Banking sector

- Recruitment expertise, especially for NBFC/Banking roles.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Ability to travel to different locations for recruitment drives.
