π― Position Overview: HR Manager
Position: HR Manager (Employee Life Cycle, HR Ops, PMS, Data-Driven, Employee Relations)
Experience: 15 to 18 years in HR Generalist Role
Location: Trinity, Bangalore

The role encompasses managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to employee exit, overseeing HR operations, implementing the Performance Management System (PMS), handling employee relations, and using data-driven HR practices to optimize decision-making. πΌ Key Responsibilities
Employee Life Cycle Management π οΈ
You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities, from the recruitment process and onboarding new employees to managing exits. Ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage of the employee life cycle is crucial in this role.
HR Operations π
Managing day-to-day HR operations is central to your role, which includes handling attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. You’ll ensure that all HR systems run smoothly and efficiently, fostering a seamless work environment for employees.
Performance Management System (PMS) π
As part of your responsibilities, you will lead the implementation and continuous monitoring of the Performance Management System. By aligning performance objectives with organizational goals, you will ensure that Centillion’s team stays motivated and on track to meet targets.
Employee Relations π¬
You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and building strong relationships across the company. As the go-to person for employee relations, you will handle grievances, implement conflict resolution strategies, and maintain a culture of mutual respect.
Data-Driven HR Decision Making π
In this role, you will leverage HR analytics to monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Your data-driven approach will enable you to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Compliance & Reporting π
Ensuring that all HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will prepare HR-related reports for management and offer insights to improve HR functions.
π Qualifications & Experience
Education π
- Any graduate (Preferably in HR or related field)
Experience πΌ
- 15 to 18 years of experience as an HR generalist, with a strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
Skills π‘
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
