Role Overview 🎯
The Officer-HR will be a key part of the HR team, overseeing various HR functions that ensure smooth operations across different departments of the company. This role involves managing critical HR tasks such as contract work orders, statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee relations, among others. The Officer-HR will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all HR processes are in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities 💼
As an Officer-HR, your responsibilities will include:

Contract Work Orders: Oversee the creation, management, and documentation of all contract work orders within the organization. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in these contracts.

Statutory Compliances & Returns: Handle statutory returns such as Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Employee State Insurance (ESI). Ensure that all legal requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Attendance and Wage Management: Ensure accurate attendance records for all employees, including contract workers. Supervise salary and wage calculations, ensuring adherence to policies and statutory guidelines.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Resolve any conflicts within teams to promote harmonious working relationships.

General Administration: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting in day-to-day operations.

Employee Documentation: Handle all necessary employee-related documentation, including joining formalities, employee files, and exit interviews.

Support in Other HR Tasks: Provide support for other HR-related functions as required by senior management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience 📋
Education:
- B.Com, MBA-HR, or MSW from a recognized university.
Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in HR functions, with a strong focus on statutory compliance, contract management, and employee relations.

Experience in handling attendance, wages, and employee documentation.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal industry is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance laws (PF, PT, ESI).
- Proficient in handling HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
